QuandoTerms of service
These terms apply to the Quando apps for Mac and Android and the service at quandocal.com (together, “Quando”). By creating an account or using Quando, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Quando.
Beta
Quando is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your important events in your original calendars as well; Quando syncs with them but is not a backup.
Your account
- Give a valid email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Your content
Your calendars, events and tasks are yours. You give us permission to store, process and sync them only as needed to provide Quando to you, as described in the privacy policy.
Connected accounts and AI agents
- When you connect a Google account, Quando reads and changes your Google Calendar on your behalf, as you direct in the app. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms.
- AI agents you connect act with the permissions you give them. Changes they make with your approval, or under a write mode you chose, are treated as changes you made. You can review, pause, revoke and undo agent changes in the app.
Acceptable use
Don't use Quando to break the law, send spam or unwanted invitations, harm others, or try to access accounts or systems that aren't yours. Don't overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimers
Quando is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that reminders will always be delivered on time. Don't rely on Quando for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Quando is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or missed appointments, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Quando after that means you accept the new terms.
